1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or subscription-based services (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
